1. Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download, install, and use it. This information includes:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- The pages/screens of the Application that you visit
- The time and date of your visit
- The time spent on specific screens and on the Application overall
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
Personally Identifiable Information You Provide
The Application does NOT gather precise location information about your mobile device.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
How Your Information Is Used
This information is used to create and manage your account, enable premium features, and as described in Section 4 (Marketing Communications).
2. How the Application Works
The Application is a quiz app covering topics such as history, culture, science, and other subjects.
Free vs. Premium
The Application offers free quizzes and premium features. All payments for premium access are completed on the Service Provider's website — the Application itself does not process any payments.
Shared Database
The Application and the website share the same database. When you log into the Application, it communicates with the website's web API to verify your account and premium status. There are no duplicate accounts between the mobile app and the website.
Quiz Content
The website uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate random quizzes based on selected categories. The Application displays this AI-generated quiz content but does not use AI technologies to process your personal data or make decisions about you.
3. Third-Party Services
The Service Provider does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
However, the following third parties are involved in the overall service:

Important Notes
- The Service Provider does not use analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or ad networks.
- Cash payments are processed manually. Limited staff may access user account information only to fulfill cash payment upgrades or provide customer support.
- The Service Provider may disclose information only: as required by law, or when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
4. Marketing Communications (SMS / WhatsApp / Email)
The Service Provider may use your phone number and email address to send you promotional messages about new quizzes, features, products, or offers.
Your Consent and Opt-Out Rights
You will see an opt-in checkbox on your profile page inside the Application. By checking this box, you consent to receive promotional messages via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email.
You can change your preference at any time by unchecking the box on your profile page.
You can also opt out by replying "STOP" to any SMS/WhatsApp message or by emailing support@edukasof.com.
Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your access to free or premium quiz features.
In-App Self-Promotion
The Application includes a section that displays information about new features, quiz packs, or products. This content is fetched from the Service Provider's server but does not use your quiz answers, performance history, or usage behavior to personalize what you see.
5. Data Retention
The Service Provider will retain:
- Your account data (name, email, phone number, premium status) for as long as you use the Application
- Your usage data (IP address, visit times, pages visited) for a reasonable period not exceeding 12 months
Data Deletion Requests
If you would like your User Provided Data to be deleted, you may:
- Delete your account directly from your profile page inside the Application, or
- Email support@edukasof.com
Response Time
The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time (typically 30 days).
6. Your Opt-Out Rights (Summary)

7. Children
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete it from their servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact support@edukasof.com.
8. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. They provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information they process and maintain.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application constitutes approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended.
